Hi Everyone

I'm quite new to magic (started around 4 month ago only), so I'm quite a greenhorn Smile) I've managed to perform a couple of mentalism effects and had great reactions on it (I love my poker face) Smile

Especially Stigmata, Ghost Vision and the perplexing pen (all together combined in a oneroutine) is blowing people away Smile

My question: I'm desperately looking for the "feel the heat" effect in the videosection of http://www.dynamoworld.com/ . I have no idea what the original name of the effect is (apparently not "feel the heat"), so I was wondering if anyone from you guys could help me out, maybe by telling me the original name (so I could search through the forum) or maybe even tell me where to learn it Smile

By the way, the magic Café this is by far the best forum I've ever seen around in the web. It's a pleasure to read through the topics and get all this helpfull info!

Many thanks
Carl

Hypnoheat, possibly ?

If you contact George Robinson of Viking Magic
(vikingmagic.com), I believe he can still supply you with version two of the stuff.
(Version one was considered a little too unhealthy.)
Just hanging out with the rest of my fellow dregs.

Hi

Thanks for the reply

Yep, I know about hypno heat, but it's not really the same thing. Hypno heat works with some aluminium foils, while the trick on DynamoWorld uses no visible objects or gimmicks at all.. I start having a feeling these guys are actors Smile It's just toooo good, but no one seems to know anything about this effect;)

Thanks anyway!

Carl,

It's probably the same effect of Stop Smoking MEntalism. It can use the gimmick but it's unseen by the audience
