Does anyone know if such a thing is made? Not coins to poker chip but poker chip from the get go. If not it should be.

I have only seen this idea with stickers.Not actual poker chips.

Mark Southworth's Sucker Punch comes to mind, but it isn't quite what you want, and it is stickers.

Oliver magic also makes some, but it's again coins + stickers.

I personally find most poker chips too large and too light.
