Rocket balloons don't seem to shoot up to the roof like they used to. Just whiz around the floor usually.

They could be old or they could be cheap knock offs. Contact your supplier. T Meyers is a reliable company. Call them and ask if the ones they sell are the originals.

I had the same problem with helicopter balloons. The ones available now barely fly. I can't find the originals/

Ta for reply. Henbrandt Ltd were the wholesale supplier to UK businesses. I rang them up and they no longer do them.

Interesting that you have a problem too and cannot find the originals.

I would have a few rocket balloons along with my modelling balloons.

Couldn't see any on Tom's website. Went to his balloon modelling convention in Austin back in 1999.

Manufacturers maybe have other priorities now.

It could be that cheap knock-offs put the original maker out of business. I used to have so much fun with both rockets and helicopters.
