I am doing research on the linking sticks, seeing what variations have been out without the use of matches.
But it seems, the only persons bringing out new twists on this old classic were Fuji Akira and as of late, Hanson Chen.

Why is there so little work on it compared to Crazy mans handcuffs?
And why is Fuji Akira the only one still doing linking cigarettes?

It's 2023 man, no one smokes anymore and cigarette magic has largely gone the way of the Dodo!

I beg to differ! Smoking is still quite popular, and a simple lit-cigarette vanish is often much more magical than a coin vanish.

Even if you don't smoke, I think it is worthwhile to learn the basic sleights. They can be adapted to many other objects. Performing for kids, crayons can be easily substituted for many cigarette routines.
