Vlad, thanks for the review. Thanks to it I took the books from my magic shelf, started to seriously study them, rediscovering a real pot of treasures!
Unfortunately I haven'th the 4th volume of the series and Jerry himself has no copies left..... Is there anyone selling it? |

Just to update this very old 2011 post. I'm the new owner of Jerry Mentzer's biz "Magic Methods' founded by him in 1969. We're still around and shipping orders. It is our plan to update and reprint the Card and Close-up Cavalcade series. It is my hope to put all five of the card cavalcades into one book with new illustrations, etc. And the Close-Up Series of There books into another volume. We still have new copies of #1 and #5 in stock from their last printing. Numbers 2, 3 and 4 of the Card Cavalcade series are all out of print as of this date. We still have some Close-up Cavalcades and many other Mentzer titles in print and are trying our best to update and re-print as resources allow. Thanks so much for the great comments on Jerry's writing, he was my mentor & friend for more than 35 years.
