I find that Ammar teaches AND handles the topit better than Cloutier Smile

Carl Cloutier's work on topiting is some of the most informative you can get. I studied topiting for a time, and Carl's videos were inspiring. Unfortunately, they never inspired me enough to build up the courage to actually use a topit in front of a real audience regularly. But that's more of an individual thing. If you can see yourself using a topit or sleeving, Carl's work is great.

Matisdx,

Topit is one of the greatest utility devise I have ever used. I have concentrated on topit work for 10 years, and IMHO , every magician should study and practice it. With the topit , you always end clean. I am finishing a book and producing a video that has effects that uses the topit heavily. PM me if you into it already.

Both Ammar and Cloutier, You will get different ideas from both. But if you are staring out I think you should go with Ammar because he teaches you the basic moves and how to practice and then goes into some more technical stuff.Oh ya baby!

Cloutier will give you some really good ideas and tricks but you will have to know how to topit and really good.

Best,
Bradley

Patrick Page also has a good one. I learned hands on how to use a Topit from Jay Scott Berry, he's amazing with one. I had one and had used it, but I at some points had not idea that he was using one.

I've just received my C.Cloutier's 3rd Hand Magic from A1magicalmedia. When I play it half way right at "The Cloutier Workout" part it just stop running. Is it meant to be these way?? Or is it the VHS's problem??
