Hi, just wanted to share pictures of my new close-up table. The table is made of solid oak wood, with a koa inlay. I'm thingking of building another table just like this but with solid black walnut and bird-eye maple.

The hight of the table is 32 1/2 inches..... and the table top is 29 1/2 x 15. I think I'm going to sell this one. I just started my walnut one, and I don't see no reason to have two of these....If anyone is interested please pm me...
Thanks for all your kind words. Richard |

Very good workmanship, and a very nice looking table.
Out of curiosity, can it take weight? Are those legs strong? Thanks for sharing. |

The legs are made of solid oak. These legs are in two separate pieces which were made from one piece of wood; one being glued to the table base, which is also solid oak...and the other can be removed for easy transportation. The table is pretty strong, and I do believe it will hold heavy items.

Very nice looking table and I really like the base! How's the stability side to side, front to back?
Lookin forward to pics of the next one! Mick |

Stability is good....as the legs are porportionate to the base. The next table I make I will make a reversible table top with both green and some other color; just to change. I'm also planning to add some openings in the back of the table for steals such as large coins and cards.

Good inlay work and very nice looking table. Oak is like iron, hard to work in, you did an excellent job.
