I'm looking for stories (rumors, well-documented forum chatter, published) about contemporary magician rivalries. Either currently-active rivalries or very recently squashed rivalries.
Do you know about any stories of ongoing one-upmanship? Friendly back and forth to perfect a sleight? Two people releasing the same effect days apart?

I've loved hearing about decades-old rivalries, but I want to know about some new ones.

Oh, I dunno.....I think there may already be too much mean-spirited stuff going on in magic. No need to bring it front and center.

Oh, I was naively thinking there may be more good-spirited, friendly-competition tales.
