Does anyone know where I can find more information about Mac McDonald? I know that he was a one armed magican and that he developmed McDonald's Aces ($100 routine), but he must have had a lot of other material that could be done one handed.

Have you read The Dai Vernon Inner Card Trilogy and Dai Vernon Book of Magic? They had brief little tidbits about him, I think. And of course the Ace routine. Other than that I don't know of anything. He would be very interesting to read about, though.

I once saw a used book by Mac McDonald on his magic on the Internet, but it had been sold before I was able to purchase it. I haven't had much luck finding any other info on him since then.
