On the main "title" page, the appropriate coffee cups are red, but when I click on Index page (ex: Penny for your thoughts) the coffee cups in this section are all white, even though there are new, unread posts.

It sounds like a cookie problem. Or it may be a problem with how your browser handles cookies. Can you give more details please? What browser version are you using? Did the cups just stop working for you recently? Have you deleted and reset your cookies to see if that solves the problem? Are your browser cookie settings set up to accept cookies?Are you behind a firewall?

The answers to these questions will help me narrow down what may be causing the problem.

Exactly same problem for me, with IE 5.50; With Netscape it works (but loading is sllllowwwww; it would be fantastic to have also a "light" version (text only?) of the Magic Café...).
