I was wondering what are some gaff cards that you would like to have but are difficult to find or make?

Double Index cards, as "common" as they may be, are actually not to so easy to find.

But what other "strange" cards do you know? For example I remember reading once a routine using a playing card... with the image of devil.

I'm looking for gaffs like that.

I'm not looking for someone to "make" cards, I'm looking for the cards themselves... effects that you may have seen in some magazine or book or something like that, that make referece to difficult to make or find cards. I hope I explained it better this time...
