Does anyone know if the Mismade Flag with a Twist is copyrighted or if it is in the public domain. We are a magic shop wanting to make some, because you can't get them from anyone anymore. At least from my research. Thanks for the feedback.

When I Google that product name, it's associated with Magic By Gosh (according to the product listing on many magic dealer websites).

Did you ask them directly if they still make & distribute that item?

https://magicbygosh.com/

(Their website mentions Magic City, and also mentions Murphy's Magic for their Wholesale.)

If you don't hear back from Magic By Gosh, I would reach out to Murphy's Magic to find out when they'll have more in stock. That can sometimes prompt them to re-stock an item.

---

Magic By Gosh is known to manufacture lots of silk and sponge items.

For example, David Ginn has several picture silks that he helped to design and sell, that are actually made for him by Magic By Gosh (according to the packaging that comes with the silks).
