I was interested to find out the BBC are doing the Conan Doyle story for their Christmas ghost story. Should be a good bit of inspiration ghosts, Egypt, mummified fingers, lots of fun for us here in bizarre.

It's a good little story even if it does show Doyle's mistrust of anyone who doesn't exercise. It also shows how brandy can be used as a remedy for anything; drowning, give them brandy, attacked by a mummy, give them brandy. I'll be interested to see what they do with it.

I'm sure I've got some papyrus kicking around somewhere if it inspires me to create something.
