I'm going to apologize now for this vague description.

I was reading through a thread on Mentalism few months ago and there was a book release being discussed. (unfortunately I don't recall if it was an old thread or new).

The author was someone I'd never heard of but everyone in the thread had great things to say, mentioning they'd buy every release by this guy. Not one bad review.
I clicked on the link and it was his own website (I believe his website is the only place to purchase his books) and I didn't purchase at the time cause I thought the books were quite expensive (if I remember correctly, probably around $100 or so).


This probably describes a lot of Mentalists with books to sell but it's driving me nuts. I've searched and searched.
Any guesses?
