International President Rod Chow and Leon Mandrake (Regional Vice President of S.A.M. for Canada have appointed Della Liu as Regional Deputy for Ontario and Ray Bertrand as Regional Deputy for Ontario - Ottawa on the 15th day of January, 2023 in Los Angeles.

Both Della and I will strive to do our best to promote S.A.M. to the best of our abilities.
