Silver Edge 2 by Kim Andersen, Fraud by Peter Turner and Camera Tricks by Tom Elderfield aren't apps. They are all physical products. Silver Edge 2 uses special coins, Fraud a special credit card and Camera tricks you get gimmicks for( I do't have it so there maybe a download element to the bonus part). I don't have the others so sorry not sure about those.
