Has anyone else had this issue with the Audio Ape Pro out of the box? - The remote's center button does not play/pause a track, rather, it advances to the next track. It does nothing else.

I am using the Audio Ape stand-alone player, the tracks are correctly named, correctly organized in the right folder and are the correct format (wave).

The remote is paired and it is "programmed" for Audio Ape (not another app).

I have indeed reached out to Charles Peachock and although he replied quickly to send me a USB SD Card reader (it was missing from the package) he hasn't yet replied with remedies for this issue and I figured there's a chance others experienced the same and might be able to help me out.

I have two shows coming up in days and my other music controller is broken.

Did you ever get your issue resolved with Audio Ape? I sure hope so. I am a new user of Audo Ape as a stand alone player and have an issue with mine which I am getting no response from customer service on. I sent you a PM too

Try a new mini sd card - this solved my issues! ; )
