I’m working on a presentation around the number “50”. I’m not a strong math guy, but I use mathematic principals and effects with numbers often . Wondering if anyone knows anything that might be unique or interesting about this number (even a number close to it). I don’t know what I don’t know, but you might. Could be a force, a trick or just a unique quality of the number. Thanks for helping me crowd source possibilities, I do appreciate it!

Some more from Herb Reich's book "Numberpedia" which is highly recommended for this kind of questions ( https://amzn.to/2StgLZt ). The following list is only a selection, it would not be fair to post the whole chapter "50":

50 cubits: the width of the ark the Lord tells Noah to build (Genesis 6:15)
bonus points collected in Scrabble by using all seven tiles in one turn
the number of Argonauts who sailed on Jason's ship, the Argo
the number of Nereids (sea-deity granddaughters of Oceanus) in Greek mythology
number of stars on the American flag
score of a dartboard bull's-eye
According to The Iliad, fifty black ships crossed from Athens to fight the Trojans
In Greek mythology, the fifty daughters of Danaus who were forced to marry the fifty sons of their uncle Aegyptus
A fifty-penny nail is a carpenter's common nail
50 feet: the preferred width of a regulation basketball court
