Wally, this was published in 1999, in a magic magazine. It may have been offered as a magic effect back in 2000. Again with the instructions from the magazine and the rope props.

I could not find any version of a video of any kind. If it was, it would be, most likely on VHS tape. I found no reference to a video.

Martin's magic comes up. Although the trick is not explained you probably can figure out some ideas on how to
do it or make it. I am suggesting this because it seems that it is not available any more. Best of luck!
