Fellow Conference Attendees;
The Ohio FCM board of directors are still planning on having our annual conference on March 12th and 13th, 2021. We are praying that this virus situation will clear up before then. If we are able to have the conference it will be a great time. We are encouraging you to please go ahead and preregister, so we know what to expect in attendance. However, do not mail any advance payments. We will collect registration fees at the registration table upon your arrival. If possible, please have the exact payment amount in cash or check to minimize our registrar having to make change. This way, if we have to cancel at the last minute, we will not have your money tied up.
We have a great line up for lecturers, dealers, and performers. This will be a unique conference with the President, 1st and 2nd Vice presidents of the International FCM present. (Duane and Mary laflin, Jamie Doyle, Andy Anderson , and Aaron and Denise Gilliam) We are looking forward to seeing you there. NOTE: IF WE HAVE THE CONFERENCE, WE WILL PROVIDE MASK FOR EVERYONE IN ATTENDANCE.
THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING SO USE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT WHEN ATTENDING THE CONFERENCE.
WE WILL TRY TO COMPLY WITH ALL STATE COVID MANDATES AT THE TIME OF THE CONFERENCE.

IN THE DEALERS ROOM PLEASE DO NOT HANDLE ANY PROPS OR ANYTHING THAT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BUY. THIS WILL HELP WITH THE PREVENTION OF SPREADING THE VIRUS
