I noticed in scrolling by that the chef's specials had a 2021. Looking back there has not been much since 2016. Will this area continue or is it now just for historical purposes?

This has come up many times over the last few years. In the past, it was easy to get "professionals" to come and spend a week with us however it has been more and more difficult to book such talent. The new year is automatically added to the schedule even if no one is scheduled to visit. The intent is to continue listing the years for historical purposes and who knows, maybe in the future we'll be lucky enough to get some VIPS to sign up.
