Construction of this Illusion will be complicated but I am up to the challenge. I am thinking of using NINE ply Baltic Birch... any suggestions on material for going lighter or utilizing parts that are already in existence and need minor fabrication?

Clever idea... but when the change happens, I think the size won't do you any favors. You probably are going to need to turn it around. It won't move fast enough to cover like it does on the small one.

I got what ya saying..... My idea is to cover with a quick shroud oh the break.... I have begun to build this prop already.... it is a tough build... check back to see the results soon...
