Iam searching for good plans in how to build a close up pad. Also, with reselling rights to the finished product if possible.

I guess you are talking about a drawer type wood case close up pad? I only have one book that talks about this Its Tabman magic by Tabby Crabb. It wouldnt be right to copy his exactly as he sold the rights a few years ago. Might give you some ideas that you could design your own type from. don't know why you would need actual shop plans for something like that. If you plan to sell them you would be better off to come up with your own plan with features you think are important.
