I have a Joe Lefleer table and it is very heavy to lift in and out of my van. I would like to build one similar to this using lightweight and strong materials. Any suggestions? Is there a product out there now that is on wheels and lightweight?

Thanks, Mike

You could try this illusion building book, it is suppose to contain alternate modern materials for illusion building.

Usually with the new light weight materials, making joints becomes difficult.

Another think you could research is Light weight plywood. I seen this at the local hobby shop. It is extremely light. Don't know if it is available in large sheets.

Or you could just construct a little ramp to wheel the table and other things directly into the van.
A wood board and something to attach it to the bumper of the van when needed would do the trick.
