I have been e-mailing EMC reguarily as I purchased EMC 2012.. and I still have yet to receive my hard copy disks. Is anyone else experienced this?
All I get is excuses.

When you say purchased, were you a subscriber for the live event? The discs for those people went out last year sometime.

Same here. I was a subscriber, and I didn't get the disks either.
