Just thought I'd share this with the community at large, so others might miss the issues my local Ring has encountered. If your Ring has (at present) non-profit status applied to it via the IRS, PLEASE make sure you file you're annual 990 tax return! They are REALLY CRACKING down on organizations that don't file their tax return......our status got revoked! We're in the process of trying to get them to reverse their decision (said decision is pending).....but it's a lot easier just to do that silly little 990 e-postcard once per year.
