Wow, Ian, that is exactly like my two Varillium Hot Rods by Sterling!

Maybe I made a mistake on the manufacturer. It was a sample purchase from Robbins.
10 or 15 years ago. Do they still make them? Their catalog only shows coins.

No, Ian. Sadly, the Varillium Hot Rods are long gone. They are very hard to find now, and command a high price tag when they are found. Mine came as a pair, one with light blue gems and the other with amber. They are truly a prized possession!

I am waiting for it.
Right now I am hot on writing a book about supercomputers.
I just invented a new one and trying to publicize it.
That just goes to show how wierd I am.
I have several routines in mind with the single rod right now.
Will probably send several.
