Dear all I have been trying for a while in the northwest england trying to get a residencies and heard the same problem as there very hard to get at this day and age with this double dip ression and restaurants not wanting to shell out extrat cash as there just about trying to survive as it it?
Regardless saying to the owners its not about me getting a extra few quid every week from them its about atracting customers for the restaurant!!
Has anyone else had this problem?
