Hi, a while ago I saw someone with an electric deck but instead of the cards being strung together each one had 2 little magnets where the string would be. does anyone know who makes them and where I can get one?

Perhaps this? http://www.my-magicshop.com/buy-magic/ma......agic.php . Pretty interesting but I'll pass (but would love to play with one).

Just curious? It doesn't seem like you could have a full deck as decribed: with each card having 2 magnets built in or glued on. Because after a certain point the thickness would build up and exceed the thickness of a normal 52-54 card deck.

But then, on a stage, you wouldn't need a full or near full deck for presentation.

I use that Ultra Electric Deck for a quick gag during an Instant Magician routine. Works great.

Seems like the performer is able to Hindu shuffle! I've heard of using string or staples but that wouldn't allow shuffling. Is this magnets? The reason I ask is I've figured out how to make a stapled deck that lies roughly flat, but being able to shuffle would be a huge advantage!

If you want to shuffle, perhaps you could use the ideas in Paul Harris' Solid Deck.
