I can't find any reference to this dvd on the Café's search engine and wondered if someone here could shed some light on the contents iof this dvd.

The descripion for most of the routines are rather vague. Some items sound as if they might be interesting but it's practically impossible to tell from the advertising blurb.

Any expansion on a description of the effects on the dvd would be most welcomed.
