We should all do that since it is very unfair what Mark is doing. This is definately NOT the right way to do bussiness and especially when you promise something you have to stand for your word. Don't wait for the perfect moment...Take a moment and make it perfect!!!

Maybe the talk of legal action was too far, in which case the moderators should have removed the offending posts, posted a warning to not discuss such things and let the discussion continue - it's hardly as if it isn't an important subject!
