trixy Veteran user sweden 320 Posts	Posted: Apr 7, 2011 05:52 pm 0 I was wondering which wax , it is best to use for the floating rose ... A wax that does not dry as quickly and adheres to metal. And what are the different between magic wax and the ordinary beewax I can bye in the hobbystore?
jimhlou Inner circle 3712 Posts	Posted: Apr 7, 2011 06:06 pm 0 Hi Trixy: I do the floating rose, and I recommend Yigal Mesika's wax. This seems to be the best I've used so far. Not sure about beewax, but I think it would be a little "harder" and maybe a little crumbly (if that's a word). Jim

Jim Bee's wax maybe a little too hard, but it's easy to soften. Bee's wax would work. Also Bee's wax does not crumble at all.
