I cannot comment on Mr Wong, I do know that when I contacted JB Magic (who I believe now own the rights) they offered to do 10 bands for £8 + P&P!!!!
After some research I found these http://www.mjmmagic.com/store/rubber-ban......217.html at MJM magic for $7 for about 24. These are great, better in fact than the ones that came with the trick as they are a little stiffer and are easier to get into star shape at the end. Recommended. Danny |

I received an email from Alan Wong - US$5 for 10 bands inclusive of shipping or $US150 for 500 (so MJM is much cheaper)
