At the Last Worldwide Escape Artists' Relay, I introduced an escape from a late 18th century madhouse restraint: Dr. Benjamin Rush's Tranquilizer Chair.
The modern touch is that the head enclosure locks with a combination lock hasp, which the performer (that's me) opens by touch, sight-unseen.
