Why do these people see it as a crusade to reveale magic???

Have just found this webside, http://www.thetrickbusters.com
At least they could have used their real names.

Hate people who think it's ok to revealed tricks, just because they have "figured" it out. would love to put a question to their jobs.

Why is this any different than what P&T do? Take a look a few threads up.

Apparently all is well with P&T exposing but not in good light here? Double standard maybe?

Forgive me if I misunderstand his post, but...which is it? On one hand, exposure is bad, but "disappointed they didn't REVEAL anything?"

I'm con-FUSED!

Exposure just to expose is bad! I believe what P&T do is expose some off beat material, but entertain you in the process. The operative word here is entertain.

Well, I'm sure whoever these guys are, pseudonymns or otherwise, appreciate the publicity (lots of laymen visit the Café for just such posts.)

Cups and balls is "off beat"? Sawing a woman in half is "off beat"? If someone has star status they get a lot of "get out of jail free" cards, no?? Exposure is OK, as long as you "entertain"?? Fiddle away, ignore the burning smell....
Also known, when doing rope magic, as "Cordini"

All I can think is "how many people will actually come across this site?" The answer? Not many.

I agree. That's why I think we shouldn't promote these sites in any way. If a tree falls, but no one hears it...
