Hey guys,

After about 25 years of doing magic and 20 doing wood turning, I've decided to try my hand at turning some wands. I've come into some really great pieces of wood that I think would make some fantastic wands. What I'm looking for now is a source of brass and silver parts, i.e: rings, tips, etc to brighten up the wood. I'd also like to try and craft a wand that can either be folded or taken apart from the center for easy transport. If anyone has any info on where I might begin to search I'd certainly be most appreciative.

Best wishes to all

Bob

Rings n Things 2 had some brass wand tips available, but I am not sure if the new owner has any available. Good luck -

Joe Porper once told me he machines all his own "folding joints" and I'd imagine he does all his metal parts!
