I attended NEMCOM this past weekend. It was a great one day convention with a room full of dealers. One dealer had a bunch of gaffed and ungaffed coins for sale. Surprisingly, the ungaffed Morgans were $25 and the "steel morgan" coins were $20.
How is this possible? the steel coins were lighter, but they looked like the silver coins. Were the steel coins counterfeits that I just didn't notice?
