I am looking for a trick to do with wedding ring(s) that is NOT a linking trick or a ring on string idea, any recommendations?

Ring flight, a floating effect, ring that travels up the rubber band, vanish to sealed anything...

I say leave people's wedding rings alone.
Ring Flight. We've all heard the horror stories! Ring on/up rubber band, OK until the 1st time you accidentally let one end go. If you have to borrow a ring, avoid ones with stones. That's what I say. But as always it's just an opinion |

I agree the ring flight trick, although effect wise is strong the risk factor exists, I am inclined towards ring in impossible location type trick, sadly the one I like, Stuck in time(ring to inside of hourglass, isn't being made-thanks hank lee, take the money THEN say it is backordered and don't tell me even the originator of it is sold out...) isn't available...not sure what else out there is strong and effective...

Deadlock. No risk of ring flying off somewhere. Easy to personalise David Acer presentation. Versatile prop.

Check out Attraction by Gary Kurtz. It's in his book and on his DVD. The rings of a married couple are placed on either end of a pencil or thin wand. To show the attraction/love the couple has for each other, the two rings come together.
