Is anyone else having trouble in this area? I have meetings every month and without fail, every month, someone asks "Did you get my packet yet?" "I sent it in months ago, I sent emails and everytime I get no response" I have encouraged people over and over again to send in their applications to the Pahrump NV address. But I honestly feel like redoing my brochure to give ME the application so I can keep track of memberships, renewals.

We've been getting more and more families because of the advertising and I hate for a new member to have these troubles.
