I'm trying to identify a logo. This was on a set of instructions. There is no manufacturers name on the instructions.

I think this was used by Magic City (Chuck ??) from California.

Looks like the same culprit that you find on the Magic City palming coins. He's in a different pose, but it looks like the same guy. If it were a police line-up I'd say book him.
