Just wanted to send out this friendly reminder to anyone planning to attend this summer's S.E.A.M. Convention in Atlanta -- you have ONLY 3 weeks to lock in your discounted hotel rate at the Crown Plaza! After July 30th, the hotel rate increases significantly from the special low convention rate we negotiated. Also, on that same July 30th deadline, the remaining rooms in the block we've guaranteed for SEAM will be placed back into their inventory, and with two large corporate events coming to town that weekend, we've been informed by the hotel that every room in the hotel is sure to sell out almost immediately after our lock on those rooms expires.
