I know that the bound editions of Fulves Epilogue at least 2 issues were omitted: the riffle shuffle techniques folios (Stevens control and Zarrow shuffle). was anything else left out of the L & L reprint edition?

Riffle Shuffle Technique Parts 1 and 2 were not issues of Epilogue. Karl Fulves had them printed on leftover paper stock he had from Epilogue so they look like issues of Epilogue.
