Does anyone recognize the music on this performance of Airtime? It sounds so familar but I just can't seem to place it. Stuff like this drives me nuts.

I can't tell you, but for me it sounds like a song from a musical or like a very nice love-hero theme from a movie soundtrack.
Anyway I don't think that Jan Rouven has asked somebody to write and perform production music for his show.
But who knows ...
