Hi Fellow Magi,

I wonder whether anyone would be so kind as to help me regarding tracking down the details of construction etc. of Eric Lewis's Nest of Boxes. I understand it is a pretty good method. The only book by Lewis that I have is Opus Thirteen and it is not listed in that, could anyone tell which book of his books contains the effect and is it still available? The One Man Nest of Boxes can be found on p.17-19 of "A Continuation of Miracles" by Eric Lewis & published by Magical Publications.
The reason that comes to mind so fast is that I just finished repainting and repairing a set for a friend and looked up the routine myself.
