Does anyone know if this item is a great purchase? From the description, it seems like a pretty good utility device. I'd like to hear the opinions of the Café members. Thank you.
http://www.elmwoodmagic.com/full/Magic-T......4327.htm Can this be performed in short sleeves? Can this be performed surrounded? Is this a real world practical device? How sturdy is the gimmick? Does anyone use this?

It can be done in short sleeves, it can be performed surrounded, it's not very practical, it's very sturdy, I would never use this.

Of course it is practical. Just because you don't use it doesn't mean it isn't a usable thing.
There are drawbacks to it like its size and concealing it properly. I don't think it is the greatest thing, but it is a utility device. To me it is always nice to have extra devices in your drawer that might be used for something new. Do I recommend it? Eh..depends. Most people won't use it I imagine and will stick with a tt or sanada gimmick. |

Hi, I am eduardo kozuch, I am so sorry that THEGUY26 found my gimmick not usable at all...
this gimmick was created to produce a fish, there are 3 or 4 easy ways to produce the fish from your empty hands, after I made, many magicians wrotte to me differents ways they were useing it, to produce coins, or silks, some of them I think are very nice, others I would not use them because there are differents ways to make the same effect in easier or cleaner way...but it depends of each one of you.... |

Yeah, and of course I mean It's not practical for myself, because it just won't work in my hands. It would be a nice thing to use, if it looked right in my hand, because it is an interesting idea.

I have it and use it.
Only for the fish though. In my kid birthday show, I produce a fish and let them keep it. It works really good for that. I pay 78 cents for the glass bowl and 25 cents for the fish. It's a great gift at an ever greater price... for me. If you want to produce a goldfish, buy it. Randi |

You can produce pretty big fish, too.
