I saw like 1/2 the man's show, but was in such a hurry to get to my dinner reservations that I didn't have time to make casual small talk... Smarty Pants World Loyal user 231 Posts	Posted: Apr 19, 2009 04:12 am 0 I'm pretty sure the law was designed against the "street drummers" that were congregating in these areas. There were so many that the noise was constant and enormously irritating to the businesses and office workers in the area, so much so that a law was passed prohibiting them. To avoid any potential discrimination suits, all buskers were banned, which included the street drummers and everyone else to boot. But that's just what I think, I could be wrong.
