I heard/read somewhere that doves like canned corn as treats, is this true?

Some doves like it, some don't. They also like frozen peas, bread, diced apples, diced bananas, hard boiled eggs and shells, peanut butter, and leaf lettuce.

Don't forget plain, dry, unpopped popcorn! It's cheap and available at any grocery store. To a dove it's just corn small enough to eat.
