I've just received Mike Wong's Dragon thread and want to end with a vanish of the thread that's left in my hand. Can anyone recommend any method for doing so? I was thinking of using 'Melt' which I don't actually own but looks like it might do the job. Also are replacements easily obtained?
Any help is gratefully received.

You could use a thumb tip. That would work very well.

I would suggest doing a retention vanish and just ditch the thread.
I don't think adding more props is the answer for this since it is only a ball of thread about the size of a dime.

You can thumb pinch it (not really a palm, but just stick it into the area at the so I don't know what to call it, but you hide it in the crotch of the thumb), and you can turn the hand over palm up and the thread will not be seen...
