Ok, so I already have and perform RingLeader. Is there any reason for me to get "Charming Chinese Challenge" or is it still just basically a Ring and String routine but with coins?

Charming Chinese Challenge is a great routine and it is different from a string and ring routine, it uses coins; however, I probably wouldn't perform both routines during a show, I would use one or the other.

I agree with the above.
I would suggest that you take a look at the routine to see by yourself which one is the best for you. If you do a lot of coin magic, it might be better to go with ringleader in order to show something with different kind of objects.
If you other ring tricks, or if you want a routine that allies a lot of features ans end with a strong finale (a coin traveling into the spec's hand), you might choose CCC.
It is not a "yes or no" kind of answer, but I hope it will help.
Jonathan.
