If I make some accessory, like a special deck, where many effects already invented can be performed with that deck, is it ethical to write in the instructions the explanations of those effects in the cases where the writer has died and seems that nobody can give the permission? (Obviously, if the performer is alive, we should ask for permission.)

Is there some way you could treat the instructions for all those tricks that other people invented as a separate item from the deck?

It seems okay to include a note suggesting the books and items in the books (without teaching or describing them) that folks might want to try using a prop. Smile
